Delivery & Returns Policy

Service area

We deliver across Mumbai with regular routes to Mira Road, Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon and Andheri. For other pincodes, share your address on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm whether the next dispatch can include it.

Harvest & dispatch

Microgreens are harvested to order on dispatch day. Each route has a fixed delivery slot, confirmed at the time of ordering or when a subscription is set up.

Freshness

Greens taste best in the first 4–5 days when kept refrigerated in the original pack and stay good for about a week. Storage after delivery is the customer's responsibility.

Issues with an order

Because greens are perishable we cannot accept physical returns, but if anything arrives damaged or below the freshness standard you expect, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace the pack on the next dispatch or refund it.
